Service & Returns

We strive for a hassle-free shopping experience. Below you will find all the information about delivery, returns, and service.

If a product does not fully meet your expectations, you can return it within15 days of receiptof your order.

Please send us an email with your order number and the product you wish to return. Our customer service will then guide you step by step through the return process.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are:

  • unopened,

  • in their original packaging,

  • not used or damaged.

This way, we can guarantee quality and safety for all customers.

Unfortunately, cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.

We hope for your understanding in this matter, as we always want to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products.

The costs for returning an order are the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving and checking the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within approximately7 daysvia the same payment method used to place the order.

We recommend checking your order immediately upon receipt.

If a product was damaged during transport, we ask you tocontact our customer service on the day of receiptand send clear photos of:

  • the damaged product,

  • the packaging,

  • and the shipping label

together.

This way, we can quickly provide a suitable solution together, such as a replacement or refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot process reports made a few days after receipt.
