These terms and conditions apply to every order placed via the Mina Cosmetics webshop. By placing an order, the customer declares acceptance of these terms.
Article 2 – Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the webshop. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
Article 3 – Product Information and Offer
We take the utmost care in the description and presentation of our products. However, errors or omissions may occur. Product images are for illustration purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.
The offer is valid while stocks last. Mina Cosmetics may change or remove products from the offer at any time.
Article 4 – Prices
All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed before order confirmation. Price changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
Article 5 – Order and Payment
An order is final as soon as the payment has been successfully completed. Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the webshop. Mina Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse an order if there is suspicion of abuse or previous non-payment.
Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are processed within the processing time stated on the webshop. Delivery is carried out by an external transport partner.
The customer must check the delivery immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage must be reported to customer service on the day of receipt, along with clear photos of the product and packaging. Late reports cannot be processed.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal and returns
The consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products can only be returned if the product is unopened, the original packaging is intact, and the product has not been used.
Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. After receiving and checking the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method.
Article 8 – Warranty and complaints
The legal warranty applies in accordance with Belgian law. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product.
Complaints must be reported as soon as possible via customer service.
Article 9 – Retention of title
The delivered products remain the property of Mina Cosmetics until full payment has been received.
Article 10 – Liability
Mina Cosmetics is not liable for indirect damage or damage caused by improper use of products or by third parties. Our liability is in any case limited to the value of the order.
All products are sold with a listing of their ingredients in accordance with applicable legislation. The customer is responsible for checking before use whether a product contains ingredients to which they may be sensitive or allergic.
Mina Cosmetics cannot be held liable for allergic reactions, intolerances, or skin reactions resulting from individual sensitivities to certain ingredients.
We advise customers to test a product on a small area before use if in doubt or if they have sensitive skin.
Article 11 – Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the webshop.
Article 12 – Applicable law
All agreements are subject to Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of the seller's registered office.
